Sunway Property and Majestic Gen have commenced work on their RM4 billion integrated development in Yahya Awal, marking a significant milestone in the city’s urban evolution.
The 15.5-acre development will combine serviced apartments with retail offerings, catering to modern urban lifestyles. Scheduled for launch in Q3 2025, the first phase will introduce more than 1,000 SOHO units, strategically positioned near key transport hubs including the CIQ Complex and the future RTS Link.
