The real estate landscape across China, Hong Kong, and Macau is set to celebrate its brightest innovators as the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards kicks off, spotlighting sustainable development and architectural excellence. This prestigious event will culminate in Bangkok during PropertyGuru Week in December 2025, bringing together top developers and designers from the region to compete for newly introduced categories, including Best Township Developer and Best Renovated Commercial Development.

Judging panels comprising industry experts will assess entries from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process. HLB International Real Estate Group, recognized as the “2024 Network of the Year,” will oversee the evaluations, reinforcing the awards’ credibility. Ken Ip, chairperson for Mainland China, highlighted the region’s ability to merge innovation with sustainability, while Paul Tse, overseeing Hong Kong and Macau, emphasized the importance of heritage revitalization alongside modern urban development.

Last year’s winners, including Zhuhai Huafa Properties and Lead8, set a high benchmark by securing multiple Best in Asia titles. Their achievements reflect a growing trend of blending cutting-edge design with cultural preservation, a theme that continues to shape the awards. Jules Kay, general manager of the event, noted the balance between contemporary advancements and historical reverence, underscoring the awards’ role in recognizing transformative projects.

With entries closing in September 2025 and the grand finale scheduled for December, anticipation builds for another year of groundbreaking real estate achievements. Winners will not only gain regional acclaim but also advance to the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, further solidifying their influence in Asia’s evolving property market.
