Advancecon Infra, a subsidiary of Advancecon Holdings, secured a RM68.5 million earthworks deal from Sime Darby Property for development in Gombak, Selangor.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement covers infrastructure preparation for Stage 1 of the Lagong Mas project, with work scheduled to begin in mid-2025. This follows closely on the heels of another contract awarded to the company for the Gerbil data center project under Gamuda Bhd.<\/p>\n<p>Sime Darby Property, the developer behind the initiative, is a well-established player in Malaysia&#8217;s real estate sector. The earthworks phase is expected to last approximately 18 months, concluding by late 2026.<\/p>\n<p>With back-to-back contract wins, Advancecon demonstrates its growing presence in Malaysia&#8217;s construction industry.
