Featuring 618 premium serviced residences ranging from 797 to 1,700 square feet, Arden is strategically located within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), reinforcing its appeal to international investors and high-net-worth buyers. Pricing is expected to range between RM1,300 and RM1,500 per square foot, catering to a discerning clientele.<\/p>\n<p>Leading the architectural vision is GDP Architects, the firm behind iconic Malaysian developments such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and TRX Residence. Astaka\u2019s CEO, Allen Khong, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, noting the company\u2019s successful track record with Kimlun on past projects like Menara MBJB and Aliva Mount Austin. &#8220;This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering world-class developments that elevate Johor Bahru\u2019s real estate landscape,&#8221; Khong stated.<\/p>\n<p>Kimlun\u2019s CEO, Pang Khang Hau, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the company\u2019s role as both joint venture partner and main contractor. &#8220;Our expertise in engineering and construction ensures that Arden will not only meet but exceed expectations, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in Johor,&#8221; he said.
