The development also includes plans for a 100,000 sq ft Green Oasis Retail Village and follows the successful launch of Alora Residences, with Phase 2 now unveiled. The company&#8217;s strong market performance, including a 53% sales increase to RM894.2 million in 2024, underscores the growing demand for such integrated developments.<\/p>\n<p>Local officials praised the initiative as aligning with Selangor&#8217;s smart mobility goals under the First Selangor Plan. &#8220;Improved first-mile and last-mile connectivity reduces congestion and emissions while enhancing quality of life,&#8221; noted Kinrara assemblyman Ng Sze Han.
